We are committed to protecting your privacy online. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately and here we explain how we collect your personal information, what we do with it and what controls you have.

When we make a material change to this Policy, we will provide a prominent notice, e.g., by providing a notice on the Website or by sending you an email. Personal Information We May Collect from You

By providing us with their details, you confirm that you have their permission to do so, and you agree not provide us with the details of anyone from whom you do not have such permission. We reserve the right to identify you as the person who has made the referral in the message that is sent to them.

- Recharge – for customer billing

None of the service providers sell your personally identifiable data.
“Do Not Track” Preferences. Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow the collection of information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. At this time, we do not respond to the preferences you may have set in your web browser regarding such collection of your information, and the Website may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, your information may be part of the transferred assets.
Public Forums
The Website may, from time to time, make chat rooms, message boards, news groups and/or other public forums available to its users. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when using these and never disclose your personal information. LUVmeToo cannot control how others may use publicly-available information.
Children Under the Age of 13
Protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet is very important to us. The Website is not directed to, and LUVmeToo does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Website, such as review sections and forums (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and LUVmetoo shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.
